What does this decision really cost you?

One sentence is enough. Future Me calculates the cost of each option and shows what the difference could become.

  • Coffee

I buy a coffee for €3.50 every day. What if I only buy one every other day?

The price is only half the story

  • Small amounts keep running

A subscription does not cost €13 once, it costs €13 every month. Future Me adds it all up, over years.

€13 a month adds up to this over 5 years

  • Every euro has a future

What you do not spend today can grow. You see what the difference would have become historically.

World ETF reference of the last 5 years with €13 per month

  • You decide, not the calculator

This is not about going without. You see the real price and choose consciously.

    3 · 5 · 10 years as time frame to choose from

Three habits, calculated once. The bars compare the spending with the historical world ETF reference value.

How it works

  1. Write down your decision

In one sentence, the way you would tell someone. With amounts and how often you pay.

  2. We sort your details

Options, amounts and timing are recognised. If something is missing, we ask briefly.

  3. You see the real price

What each option costs and what the difference could have become over 3, 5 or 10 years.

What Future Me does and what it does not

So you know what you can rely on.

  • No advice

Future Me calculates only from what you enter. The cheapest option is the financially cheapest, not automatically the best for you.

  • No forecast

The future values are historical references of the last 3, 5 or 10 years. Nobody knows what comes next.

  • Nothing stored

Your sentence goes once to an AI service to be organised. Future Me does not store it and does not ask for names.

Future Me also compares with Bitcoin. If you want to go deeper, three sites from the same operator can help.

Frequently asked questions

Is Future Me investment advice?

No. Future Me calculates with your own details and shows costs and a historical reference, not a recommendation. Future Me is not investment, financial or tax advice.

Where do the numbers come from, and how current are they?

Future Me calculates the costs from your details. For the world ETF, gold and Bitcoin we use a maintained table with the average yearly development in euros over 3, 5 and 10 years, as of 30 September 2026. It is based on the MSCI World factsheet and closing prices for gold and Bitcoin. The table is updated by hand, not live.

Do you store what I enter?

No. To sort it, your sentence is sent once to an AI service; we neither store nor log it. There is no account and no analysis of your decisions. Future Me does not need names, addresses or account details, so please leave them out.

Why are historical values not a forecast?

Because nobody knows how prices will develop. The values only show what the same difference would have become in the past. Gold and especially Bitcoin fluctuate strongly, and a different period can give a very different picture. You can learn the basics of Bitcoin at Bitadvocate.

What happens if details are missing?

Future Me asks specifically, for example for an amount or how often you pay. If you do not state a period, we use 5 years, and you can then switch to 3 or 10 years. You can also enter everything manually.

What does Future Me cost?

Nothing. No sign-up, no account.
